State officials disclosed this during the distribution of starter packs to women and youths who had undergone training in vocational skills as part of commemoration of the sixty independence anniversary.
It was a new dawn for the women and youths in the state as the state government began an empowerment programme aimed at creating opportunities through its vocational skill acquisition programme.
