Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has been appointed the Chairman of a 145-member Campaign Council for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s quest to win the Ondo governorship election.
The party’s spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan, made the announcement in a statement.
Governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle, is the Deputy Chairman of the Council while the PDP’s National Financial Secretary, Abdullahi Maibasira, is Secretary.

The statement added that the PDP National Campaign Council for the Ondo State governorship election is expected to be inaugurated on Friday.
