Niger State government says it is working out modalities to end kidnapping and cattle rustling in the state.
Governor Abubakar Bello disclosed this in Minna, the Niger State capital while addressing the staff, students, and families of the Government Science College, Kagara.
He stressed that a meeting which will bring together traditional, religious and other community leaders together will critically examine the causes and proffer solutions.

The Niger State Chief Executive also appreciated all those who had played key roles, including the media, from the day the students, staff, and family members of Government Science College Kagara were abducted, to the moment they were released.
